Matthew Burkley Matthew Burkley
CEO, Genscape

Matthew Burkley is the CEO of Genscape, succeeding co-founder Sean O’Leary in the position in 2011. Before Genscape, Matthew was Chief Financial Officer, Sales & Trading at Thomson Reuters. Prior to that, Matthew held leadership positions at various Thomson Reuters business units since 2006.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Mr. Burkley was a co-founder and managing director at ZEFER, a technology and strategy consulting firm. Mr. Burkley holds a bachelor’s degree in political economy from Colorado College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Annemarie DiCola Annemarie DiCola
CEO, Trepp

Annemarie G. DiCola, Esq. has served since 2005 as Chief Executive Officer of Trepp, LLC, a leading provider of analytics and data to the global CMBS and Commercial Mortgage Finance data and analytics markets.

Upon joining Trepp in 1990 after a career in private legal practice, she served as Trepp’s Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. In 2001, she served as President of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (formerly known as the CMSA).

She served as Editor-in–Chief of The CMBS E-Primer, a CREFC publication for online CMBS training. She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, New York University School of Law, and Fordham University. Annemarie resides in New Rochelle, New York, with her husband Frank and sons Paul and Frankie.

Craig Heldman Craig Heldman
CEO, Hobsons

Craig Heldman’s tenure with Hobsons began in 1995, with his appointment as national sales director. During this time, Craig directed the restructuring and expansion of the sales organization for Hobsons-US. In 1998, Craig was promoted to vice president of new business development, where he oversaw the expansion of Hobsons’ product offerings and established strategic partnerships that solidified Hobsons’ leadership position within the industry. Craig was promoted President of Hobsons U.S. in 2002 and to his current position as CEO of Hobsons in 2008. He is responsible for all facets of day-to-day operations and Hobsons Global strategic planning.

Prior to joining Hobsons, Craig held a variety of sales management positions with Procter & Gamble USA. Craig is an active participant in a number of industry organizations, including the American Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers, National Association for College Admission Counseling, NAFSA: Association of International Educators, and Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, where he holds a position on the Corporate & Philanthropic Council. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in finance and marketing from Michigan State University.

Mark Milner
CEO, dmgi::land&property Europe
Mark is CEO of dmgi::land&property Europe.

He has held a variety of senior and Board roles across the digital and media sectors including CEO of Landmark Information Group, The Digital Property Group, which operated the websites Primelocation, Findaproperty.com and Globrix and merged with Zoopla in 2012 to create the Zoopla Property group. Mark has also worked in and with companies focussed on the digital motors, recruitment, dating and utility switching sectors as well as leading the commercial teams working on the digital variants of DMGT’s newspaper titles including The Mail Online and Northcliffe Media.

Mark is also a Board member of EDR, a US based company which specialises in the provision of environmental and historic land use data.

Mark lives in Surrey with his wife, their three children, and two dogs

Rob Barber Rob Barber

Rob Barber is chief executive officer of Environmental Data Resources, the nation’s leading provider of environmental risk management reports for companies and properties. As CEO, Rob oversees EDR’s vision and strategy and is ultimately responsible for the company’s performance.

Throughout his 19 year tenure at EDR, Rob has moved progressively through a variety of roles, which has given him a broad range of experience across EDR’s operations and markets. Prior to becoming CEO in 2005, Rob served as the company’s president; before that, he was chief operating officer. Rob has also held multiple positions within the company’s national sales organization, including vice president of sales and regional manager, where he was responsible for opening EDR offices in Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles.

A proven leader, Rob has spearheaded major initiatives to develop proprietary property records and web-based workflow applications that improve the end user experience. In 2008, he led the team that created commonground, the multiple award-winning global social network for professionals involved in property due diligence and risk assessment.

A graduate of Fairfield University, Rob is a member of the board of directors of the Software and Information Industry Association’s Content Division; he also serves as a non-executive director of BuildFax, the nation’s leading provider of property-specific building permit and contractor information.

Holly Tachovsky Holly Tachovsky

Holly is the CEO and founder of BuildFax, a revolution in understanding a property condition. Called “the life story of a building” by some and “like running a background check on your house” by others, BuildFax offers the only national database of construction records on a property. Holly has led her innovative team to take BuildFax from “a cool idea” to its current industry-changing trajectory. BuildFax is having a transformative impact on the entire real estate transaction system – from lending to insurance to real estate agents. BuildFax provides property characteristics that illuminate the value and risks of a structure.

Prior to BuildFax, Holly was co-founder of BluePrince, a successful, early innovator in online process management and mobile-driven solutions for construction permitting and municipal management. Prior to her entry into entrepreneurism, Holly worked as a business plan analyst for a venture capital company investing in high tech start-ups. Holly is a married mother of two boys, Cub Scout leader, alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin and bleeds Burnt Orange (Hook’Em!).

Chris Aronson, CEO, EDR Chris Aronson

In his role as CEO, Chris oversees the performance and execution of EDR’s strategies across all businesses and markets.

Most recently, Chris was the President and co-founder of Document Technologies Inc. (DTI) Knowledge Solutions (KS). Serving some of the world’s most prestigious organizations, DTI KS specializes in client advisory and the provision of judgment-dependent outsourced services. KS helps clients transform their business models and unlock new value streams – while reducing fixed costs and streamlining operational models. DTI KS is also a leading provider of technology-driven document review services. Throughout his career, Chris has held various leadership roles including Senior Vice President of OfficeTiger LLC. He also served as Managing Director of Donnelley Global Services, and was co-founder of Donnelley Business Services (both previous divisions of RR Donnelley).

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and business from the University of Illinois. He lives with his family in Weston, Connecticut.
