Rob Barber is chief executive officer of Environmental Data Resources, the nation’s leading provider of environmental risk management reports for companies and properties. As CEO, Rob oversees EDR’s vision and strategy and is ultimately responsible for the company’s performance.

Throughout his 19 year tenure at EDR, Rob has moved progressively through a variety of roles, which has given him a broad range of experience across EDR’s operations and markets. Prior to becoming CEO in 2005, Rob served as the company’s president; before that, he was chief operating officer. Rob has also held multiple positions within the company’s national sales organization, including vice president of sales and regional manager, where he was responsible for opening EDR offices in Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles.

A proven leader, Rob has spearheaded major initiatives to develop proprietary property records and web-based workflow applications that improve the end user experience. In 2008, he led the team that created commonground, the multiple award-winning global social network for professionals involved in property due diligence and risk assessment.

A graduate of Fairfield University, Rob is a member of the board of directors of the Software and Information Industry Association’s Content Division; he also serves as a non-executive director of BuildFax, the nation’s leading provider of property-specific building permit and contractor information.

Over the last 25 years Mr. Buonicore founded and successfully sold four companies, BCA Environmental Services, Chemrox, Hunter Environmental Services and EDR; he took a company public via an IPO (HESI, NASDAQ) and was responsible for almost two dozen acquisitions, including a successful rollup in the environmental information industry; he has two patents on inventions used globally in the pharmaceutical industry, and set up a successful manufacturing company (Chemrox) to produce the equipment; Mr. Buonicore is a past president (elected) of the International Air and Waste Management Association (at the time with almost 20,000 members throughout the world); served as Chairman of the U.S. Task Group (at ASTM) responsible for development of a national property environmental due diligence standard; authored numerous textbooks and papers and is a frequent invited lecturer and guest speaker; Mr. Buonicore also served on numerous corporate Boards, including BCA Environmental Services (Director), Chemrox (Director), Strategis (Director), EDR (Chairman), Trepp (Chairman), Property & Portfolio Research (Chairman), Sanborn Map Company (Director) and Landmark Information Group (Chairman); he has Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College in New York City, is a member of the Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honor Society, and is a licensed professional engineer and Diplomate in the American Academy of Environmental Engineers.

Mr. Stephen W. Daintith has been Finance Director of Daily Mail and General Trust plc since March 28, 2011. Mr. Daintith served as an Executive Vice President of Dow Jones since February 2008. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of News International Limited, a subsidiary of News Corp. since September 2005.

Before that, he spent nine years at British American Tobacco (BAT) in a variety of roles, among them: strategic planning in South Africa, Finance Director in South Africa and Pakistan and Managing Director of Bangladesh and Switzerland units. He joined British American Tobacco in 1996 as International Audit Controller. Previously, he led internal audit at Forte Plc. He started his career as an Accountant at PriceWaterhouse, where he worked with a variety of clients, including retail, banking, oil & gas, general insurance and various manufacturing companies. Mr. Daintith has held various positions in BAT, including General Manager of BAT Bangladesh and Switzerland. He spent 2 years at PTC as Finance Director. He also worked at the U.K.’s Civil Aviation Authority. He serves as Director of Daily Mail and General Trust plc. Mr. Daintith served as a Non Executive Director of Pakistan Tobacco Company Ltd. He serves as a Member of Audit Committee of Euromoney Institutional Investor plc. He is a Chartered Accountant from the UK.

He is a graduate of the University of Leeds.

Annemarie G. DiCola, Esq. has served since 2005 as Chief Executive Officer of Trepp, LLC, a leading provider of analytics and data to the global CMBS and Commercial Mortgage Finance data and analytics markets.

Upon joining Trepp in 1990 after a career in private legal practice, she served as Trepp’s Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. In 2001, she served as President of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (formerly known as the CMSA). She served as Editor-in–Chief of The CMBS E-Primer, a CREFC publication for online CMBS training.

She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, New York University School of Law, and Fordham University. Annemarie resides in New Rochelle, New York, with her husband Frank and sons Paul and Frankie.

Craig Heldman’s tenure with Hobsons began in 1995, with his appointment as national sales director. During this time, Craig directed the restructuring and expansion of the sales organization for Hobsons-US. In 1998, Craig was promoted to vice president of new business development, where he oversaw the expansion of Hobsons’ product offerings and established strategic partnerships that solidified Hobsons’ leadership position within the industry. Craig was promoted President of Hobsons U.S. in 2002 and to his current position as CEO of Hobsons in 2008. He is responsible for all facets of day-to-day operations and Hobsons Global strategic planning.

Prior to joining Hobsons, Craig held a variety of sales management positions with Procter & Gamble USA. Craig is an active participant in a number of industry organizations, including the American Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers, National Association for College Admission Counseling, NAFSA: Association of International Educators, and Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, where he holds a position on the Corporate & Philanthropic Council. Suresh has been CEO of dmg information since August 2008. In October, 2009 Suresh also became Chairman and CEO of the dmg events businesses.

Prior to joining DMGT, Suresh was President of the $2.5B Investment & Advisory group at Thomson Reuters. He initially joined Thomson in September 2000 as a result of the acquisition by Thomson of Primark. He held various positions including President of Corporate, Investment Management and Banking of Thomson Financial. Prior to 2000, Suresh was President and Chief Executive Officer of I/B/E/S International, a fast growing global, financial information company.

He has been involved in the b2b information industry for more than 20 years, holding a variety of positions in sales, marketing, research, technology, product development, business development and general management. He has worked extensively in Europe, Asia and North America.

Suresh holds a BS in Economics from University College, London.  Suresh is married with two young boys aged 8 and 6 and lives in Greenwich, CT. Among his many passions are all things technological, Arsenal F.C. and the island of Jamaica.

Sterling Lapinski, a Genscape cofounder, is president of Genscape and CEO of GLO Ventures, a “blank slate” entity jointly owned by Genscape shareholders and DMGI, which is charged with starting and acquiring new businesses in the energy information space.  In founding Genscape and in his role as Chief Development Officer, Sterling created and managed the technology and intellectual property core of the business.  Sterling is a named inventor on 16 domestic and foreign patents and has over a dozen patents pending.

In addition to being named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003, he helped Genscape place on the Inc. 500 in 2004 and 2005.  Sterling has over a dozen years of experience in energy trading and information services, and worked for companies including TXU Energy (now Luminant), Columbia Energy and Mirant Inc.  Previously, he worked for BNP Paribas (formerly FFTW) in fixed-income portfolio management.

Sterling is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BS in Finance.

Erik joined dmgi in October 2010 and is responsible for strategy and acquisitions across the dmgi/
dmge portfolio of companies. In his role, Erik works with the leadership of our portfolio companies
to help identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and assist in the evaluation and execution of
acquisitions.

Prior to dmgi, he held a number of business development and strategy roles including;
Senior Director, Strategy and M&A at LexisNexis, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at
PRIMEDIA and Consultant at Marakon Associates, a strategy management consulting firm.

Erik is a graduate of Vassar College, with an honors degree in Economics and the University of
Pennsylvania, where he graduated the Wharton School with an MBA.

In his spare time Erik enjoys traveling, reading business and industry periodicals, exercising and
trying new restaurants. Erik resides in Manhattan with his wife Alison.

Mark has also worked in and with companies focussed on the digital motors, recruitment, dating and utility switching sectors as well as leading the commercial teams working on the digital variants of DMGT’s newspaper titles including The Mail Online and Northcliffe Media.

Mark is also a Board member of EDR, a US based company which specialises in the provision of environmental and historic land use data.

Mark lives in Surrey with his wife, their three children, and two dogs.

George has 20 years of technology executive leadership experience. Prior to dmgi, he was CIO & CTO for fast-growth startups and mid-size technology strategy companies – Forrester Research and Callisma (acquired by SBC to become AT&T Consulting), and VP/CIO for two large energy companies – Pacific Gas & Electric and Exelon).  Additionally, he has 15 years of management consulting experience.

George attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, receiving his undergraduate degree in Physics and his graduate degree in Nuclear Engineering.  He loves to cycle, run, sail and spend time at Chautauqua Institution.

Bill Raduchel is the chairman and chief executive officer of Ruckus bringing a broad range of business experience in the computing, Internet and media industries. Before joining Ruckus, Raduchel was executive vice president and chief technology officer of AOL Time Warner, Inc. Prior to AOL, Raduchel served as chief strategy officer and an executive committee member for Sun Microsystems, Inc. In his eleven years at Sun, Raduchel also held positions as chief information officer, chief financial officer, acting vice president of human resources and vice president of corporate planning and development and oversaw relationships with major Japanese partners. In addition, he has held senior executive roles at Xerox Corporation and McGraw-Hill, Inc.

Raduchel currently serves as a director of Chordiant Software, In2Books, PanelLink Cinema Partners PLC and as an adviser to its parent company, Silicon Image. Additionally, he is an adviser to Myriad International Holdings, Hyperspace Communications and Wild Tangent. Raduchel is a member of the National Advisory Board for the Salvation Army, the National Academy Committee on Internet Navigation and Domain Name Services and the Board on Science, Technology and Economic Policy of the National Academy of Sciences.

Named “CTO of the Year” in 2001 by Infoworld magazine, Raduchel was a past professor of Economics at Harvard University and holds several issued and pending patents. After attending Michigan Technological University, which gave him an honorary doctorate in 2002, Raduchel received his undergraduate degree in economics from Michigan State University and earned his A.M. and Ph.D. degrees in economics at Harvard. In both the fall and spring of 2003 he was the Castle Lecturer on Computer Science at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Stephen Stout, formerly CEO of Landmark Information Group, was appointed to a newly formed position of CEO, dmg::information Asia Pacific, in March 2013. Stephen is located in Singapore and is tasked with developing DMGI’s presence in the Asia Pacific markets.

Stephen Stout was previously CEO of Landmark Information Group, to which he was appointed in May 2003.

Stephen graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Banking and Finance and worked for HSBC on their graduate management scheme mainly in investment banking. He then moved to Reed Elsevier joining Lexis Nexis, the legal and tax publisher initially in sales . His time with Lexis included stints as Managing Director for Asia based in Singapore for eight years and two years as Australian Managing Director based in Sydney. In 1996, Stephen returned to London to run the Lexis UK business, which he did for five years, before joining SoftLaw, the legal expert system provider, as a shareholder and CEO Europe.

Paul graduated with a BSc in economics from Leicester University. After graduating he joined KPMG and gained experience in auditing and other areas of finance while qualifying for membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Paul then joined Emap plc, initially in the role of financial controller of the media group’s magazine distribution division, then moving into a central role to develop the group’s treasury function. As group treasurer he had extensive involvement in a wide range of both equity and debt raising transactions, as well as media-related acquisitions and divestments in the UK and continental Europe.

Paul joined DMG Information in 1997 and moved to the US in 2000, reflecting the investment emphasis on the US and the geographic spread of the businesses following several significant acquisitions.

He is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and the UK Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Mr. Trepp has been an invited speaker at numerous conferences and has published multiple articles on the topic of securitized financings. Mr. Trepp was asked by the White House and the Treasury Department to contribute to the tax legislation (TIMS and REMIC) for mortgage-backed securities. In 1986, Trepp & Company, Inc. was selected by the Public Securities Association to create a clearing house for all CMO/REMIC’s.

Under his guidance, Trepp and its predecessor company have structured and serviced billions of dollars in structured financings, collateralized by mortgages and other financial assets. Its analytical software has been utilized to reverse engineer over 10,000 separate securitizations backed by all types of financial assets. Mr. Trepp was a founder of the STAR Alliance, an affiliation of industry recognized companies which provided information for banking institutions to comply with regulatory reporting requirements. The Trepp analytical software and extensive database availability contributed to the STAR Alliance products, which also included asset liability management capabilities at the balance sheet, portfolio and individual security levels. Trepp’s consulting business has also historically incorporated asset-backed securities work and structured municipal bond financings.

Before establishing Trepp & Company, Inc., Rick Trepp was Vice President-Division Executive of The Chase Manhattan Bank, directing the new product and loan pricing division. Prior to that, he was a Vice President and team leader for corporate lending to U.S. multi-national corporations. His business career began in Operations Research for the U.S. Air Force.

Rick Trepp holds an M.B.A. with honors from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Paul received his BA (summa cum laude) in Political Science and Economics from Fordham University, and his JD from Harvard Law School. Paul started his legal career in the Hartford office of Robinson & Cole, working in their Corporate practice group. He then spent nine years in the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, making partner in the Business & Finance group in 2001. While at Morgan, Lewis, Paul advised clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and organizational matters. Lee received his BSc. in Mathematics from the University of Warwick in the U.K. Lee went on to work in the Audit practice of KPMG earning his qualification as a Chartered Accountant. Lee is a current member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

After initially joining the DMGI team in the UK in April 2000, he moved to the Stamford, Connecticut headquarters in 2001. As Vice President of Finance, Lee coordinates the group’s financial and management reporting and internal controls. Lee is also actively involved in financial due diligence of our acquisitions.

Lee is married with five children and lives in New Canaan, Connecticut.

Cecile joined dmg::information and dmg::events in August 2011 as Executive Assistant to the CEO. She joined our group with 12 years of experience – most recently working for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, as the Executive Assistant to the COO at their worldwide Headquarters in Washington, DC. In this role, she was also in charge of the opening of all new hotels outside the US. Cecile also worked at The Permanent Mission of Haiti to the Organization of American States in Washington DC.

A native of France, Cecile was educated in France, the United Kingdom and Spain where she acquired a Masters in International Affairs and a Translation Degree.

Cecile enjoys traveling, skiing and spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
