ACQUISITION OF SITESCOPE BY DMG
INFORMATION

DMGT announces that DMG Information, its
business to business information division, has completed the
purchase of Sitescope Limited, the online property information
business for a net cash consideration of £12.5 million,
£1.5 million of which is deferred and payable over five
years.
This follows the announcement made on 18
July which was subject to clearance by the Office of Fair
Trading which was received on Thursday 11 September.
